An
unaware Tau arrives in Mumbai to Chando and Chapla
for the Jalad / Chando Wedding planned at Varanasi.
Mani greets him somberly and with great dignity
apprises him of the turn of events, convincing him
to get Chapla married to Chando. Tau is livid at
the wrong doings of his daughter. He leaves with
a triumphant Chapla for Varanasi. Mani requests
Dev Mama, Dinesh and Kumkum to shoulder the responsibility
of Wedding arrangement. She emphasises that she
does not want much fanfare and that the “Baraat”
to proceed to Varanasi may include only Jalad, Dinesh,
Dev Mama and Ansari. Jalad and Chapla get married.
