Chando
becomes very fond of the orphaned grandson (Shishu)
of the “Murari Upvan” priest (Pt. Mishra)
and plans to adopt the kid. Chintan Tewari (the
Manager of the Chandranagar Business) unveils “Business
Expansion Plans” to Mani & Chando. Chapla
falls seriously sick in Mumbai. Jalad phones Mani
and begs her to come to Mumbai. Mani, Chando and
Dinesh rush to Mumbai. Chapla is diagnosed to be
suffering from Cancer and is operated upon. The
operation renders Chapla barren – in capable
of bearing Children. Chando nurses and attends to
Chapla with great Care. Chapla realizes that she
had all along misunderstood Chando and apologizes
to her. The sister’s make-up. Chapla profusely
apologizes to Mani as well and goes to Varanasi
for a few days with Mani’s permission.
